Home prices have been cut in half. Holders of 401k's have lost thousands of hard earned dollars. Folks in their late 60s are having to work full time again for lost savings. A person would have to have a heart as cold as deep space to ignore what has happen to the American people. And what about business? Look at what happen to large corporations across America, closing and laying off workers. All because of that cowboy policy you love to brag about. And what about Bin Laden? It was Sen. Obama who was the first to say that he would go after him along the Pakistan border. Only to get attacked from both sides for making such a statement. Now Bush is trying to do it before Obama gets elected. He knows Obama will find Osama. I realize you probably get paid to do what you do and if you really believe in McCain then I feel sorry for you. How can you ignore everything that has went wrong in our country? How can live with yourself knowing all of us? Are you deluding yourself? I just don't understand how some people can sit back and not care. It's time for change. If I'm a liberal for caring for my fellow Americans, then so be it. That man is Warren Buffet. Also, the CEO of Google supports Sen. Obama. So you see, those are not selfish people. They are wealthy individuals who deeply care for ALL AMERICANS. Not just the money in their bank accounts. No one wants to see more taxes. However, could the property values have been spared had we implemented better oversight of crooked mortgage lenders? Could we have protected ourselves had we spent less on foreign aid and wars? And what about losing all that wealth in real estate? Raising taxes by a mere % point would have been much better than seeing 50% of your homes value decrease. I believe that most people realize it. Those who dislike Obama’s skin color and those who make millions per year probably will over look declining property values. But I care. I have seen too many people hurt by this current economic crisis and our country needs a change of direction. I believe after Tuesday, I will be calling Sen.
